Emma Morris, Rachel Jasper, Grace Melody-Gardner, Joanita Musisi and Dan Poprdan are trainee journalists at Trinity Leeds in Horsforth.

As part of our course we've been asked to try and generate as much publicity as possible for a charity of our choice. We looked at various charities but chose Jeans for Genes because we think the work they do to help children with genetic disorders is invaluable and makes an enormous difference to lots of people's lives.

Juggling a full time course, home life and trying to find great places to hide celebrities' jeans is pretty demanding but we hope you'll enjoy the event we've set up and learn a bit more about Jeans for Genes in the process!
